About the Venue

The Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, one of four museums of the Museum of New Mexico system in Santa Fe, is a premier repository of Native art and material culture and tells the stories of the people of the Southwest from pre-history through contemporary art. The museum serves a diverse, multicultural audience through changing exhibitions, public lectures, field trips, artist residencies, and other educational programs.

Parking Information:

Parking at Museum Hill is limited. See map for additional parking locations.
  • Park at South Capitol Railrunner Station (1301 Alta Vista St, Santa Fe, NM 87502) and take a 10 minute shuttle. Shuttle service will run from 9:40 am–6:30 pm and will pick up at the bus loading area.
  • Udall Building parking lot located at 725 Camino Lejo and is a 0.2 mile walk (please walk on dirt path)
  • Nuevo Mexicano parking lot located at 750 Camino Lejo and is a 0.2 mile walk (please walk on dirt path)
  • Wheelwright Museum parking lot is located at 704 Camino Lejo and is a 0.2 mile walk (please use path and walk to the front of the Museum Hill entrance to enter, no entry at back of Museums)
